The entire compilation of the content found on this website is the exclusive property of naukriadda, with copyright authorship for this compilation by naukriadda.

Subscriber is responsible for all of its activity in connection with the Services and accessing the Site. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity or any use of the Services or Content in violation of this Agreement may be grounds for termination of Subscriber’s right to Services or to access the Site. Subscriber may not post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any Naukriadda user.
Use of the Site, the APP or Services to violate the security of any computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, transfer or store illegal material including that are deemed threatening or obscene, or engage in any kind of illegal activity is expressly prohibited. Under no circumstances will Subscriber use the Site or the Service to (a) send unsolicited e-mails, bulk mail, spam or other materials to users of the Site or any other individual, (b) harass, threaten, stalk or abuse any person or party, including other users of the Site, (c) create a false identity or to impersonate another person, or (d) post any false, inaccurate or incomplete material or delete or revise any material that was not posted by You.
If you are an owner of an account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders in their sole discretion.
You may not engage in username squatting. Accounts that are inactive for more than six months may also be removed without further notice. Some of the factors that we take into account when determining what conduct is considered to be username squatting are:
the number of accounts created
creating accounts for the purpose of preventing others from using those account names
creating accounts for the purpose of selling those accounts
using feeds of third-party content to update and maintain accounts under the names of those third parties
Malware/Phishing: You may not publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another user’s browser or computer or to compromise a user’s privacy.
Spam: You may not use the Naukriadda service for the purpose of spamming anyone. What constitutes “spamming” will evolve as we respond to new tricks and tactics by spammers. Some of the factors that we take into account when determining what conduct is considered to be spamming are:
If you have followed and/or unfollowed large amounts of users in a short time period, particularly by automated means (aggressive following or follower churn);
If you repeatedly follow and unfollow people, whether to build followers or to garner more attention for your profile;
If a large number of spam complaints have been filed against you;
If you post duplicate content over multiple accounts or multiple duplicate updates on one account;
If you repeatedly create false or misleading content in an attempt to bring attention to an account, service or link;
If you repeatedly post other users’ account information as your own (bio, Tweets, url, etc.);
If you post misleading links (e.g. affiliate links, links to malware/click jacking pages, etc.);
Using or promoting third-party sites that claim to get you more followers (such as follower trains, sites promising “more followers fast,” or any other site that offers to automatically add followers to your account);
Pornography: You may not use obscene or pornographic images in either your profile photo, header photo, or user background.
Your account may be suspended for Terms of Service violations if any of the above is true.
Fees and payment
Some of the Services require payment of fees. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars or INR. Subscriber shall pay all applicable fees, as described on the Site in connection with such Services selected by Subscriber, and any related taxes or additional charges. All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise on the Site. Subscriber represents to NaukriAdda that Subscriber is the authorized account holder or an authorized user of the chosen method of payment used to pay for the paid aspects of the Services. All fee-based Services and virtual goods are provided “AS IS” with no warranties of any kind. Naukriadda may modify and/or eliminate such fee-based Services at its discretion. Subscriber understands and agrees that the payment for virtual goods grants Subscriber a limited license to use the virtual goods as specified on the Site.
Naukriadda may change its prices at any time but will provide you reasonable notice of any such changes by posting the new prices on the Site and by sending you email notification. If you do not wish to pay the new prices, you may cancel the services prior to the change going into effect.
We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on our website. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material we will notify you (for example via email to the email address associated with your account). Other changes may be posted to our blog or Terms page, so please check those pages regularly. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, then you do not have our permission to use the Service.
Though we want to provide a great service, there are certain things about the Service we can’t promise. THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER Naurkiadda, ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, NOR SUPPLIERS, MAKE ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Naukriadda MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION IN, OR FROM, AN END USER OR CUSTOMER SERVICES ACCOUNT. Naukriadda is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality of data, user posts, or any other information posted by a user.
Naukriadda will have no responsibility for any harm to your computer system, loss or corruption of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Service or Software.
Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright or Other Intellectual Property Infringements
Naukriadda respects the intellectual property of others and takes the protection of copyrights and all other intellectual property very seriously, and we ask our users to do the same. Infringing activity will not be tolerated on or through the Services.
Naukriadda's intellectual property policy is to (a) remove material that Naukriadda believes in good faith, upon notice from an intellectual property owner or their agent, is infringing the intellectual property of a third party by being made available through the Services, and (b) remove any Subscriber Content posted to the Services by “repeat infringers.” Naukriadda considers a “repeat infringer” to be any user that has uploaded Subscriber Content to the Services and for whom Naukriadda has received more than two takedown notices complaint with the provisions of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) with respect to such Subscriber Content. Naukriadda has discretion, however, to terminate the account of any user after receipt of a single notification of claimed infringement or upon Naukriadda 's own determination.
Procedure for Reporting Claimed Infringement
If you believe that any content made available on or through the Services has been used or exploited in a manner that infringes an intellectual property right you own or control, then please promptly send a “Notification of Claimed Infringement” containing the following information to the Designated Agent identified below. Your communication must include substantially the following:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the work(s) that has/have been allegedly infringed;
Identification of works or materials being infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
Identification of the specific material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Naukriadda to locate the material;
Information reasonably sufficient to permit Naukriadda to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
You should consult with your own lawyer and/or see 17 U.S.C. § 512 to confirm your obligations to provide a valid notice of claimed infringement.

If you receive a notification from Naukriadda that material made available by you on or through the Services has been the subject of a Notification of Claimed Infringement, then you will have the right to provide Naukriadda with what is called a “Counter Notification.” To be effective, a Counter Notification must be in writing, provided to naukriadda's Designated Agent through one of the methods identified immediately above, and include substantially the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber;
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;
A statement under penalty of perjury that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled; and
The subscriber’s name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber’s address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Naukriadda may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided a Notification of Claimed Infringement as set forth above or an agent of such person.
A party submitting a Counter Notification should consult a lawyer or see 17 U.S.C. § 512 to confirm the party’s obligations to provide a valid counter notification under the Copyright Act.
Naukriadda Actions Following Receipt of Counter Notification
Upon receipt of a Counter Notification, Naukriadda shall promptly provide the party submitting a Notification of Claimed Infringement with a copy of the Counter Notification, and Naukriadda will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in not less than 10, nor more than fourteen (14), business days following receipt of the Counter Notice, unless Naukriadda's Designated Agent first receives notice from the person who submitted the Notification of Claimed Infringement that such person has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on Naukriadda's system or network.
False Notifications of Claimed Infringement or Counter Notifications
The Copyright Act provides that:
[a]ny person who knowingly materially misrepresents under Section 512 of the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) that material or activity is infringing, or (2) that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner’s authorized licensee, or by a service provider, who is injured by such misrepresentation, as the result of [Naukriadda] relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing, or in replacing the removed material or ceasing to disable access to it.
Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy
Naukriadda reserves the right to seek damages from any party that submits a Notification of Claimed Infringement or Counter Notification in violation of the law.
